Shipping Policy

We ship orders placed via www.drinkfinote.com to all EU countries.

Delivery times

Orders placed before 11 AM are processed the same business day. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• France: 1–2 business days
• Rest of EU: 4–6 business days

Please note these are estimates and actual delivery may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

Order confirmation & tracking

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. A delivery notification will be sent when your package reaches the delivery point.

Delayed orders

If you have not received your order within five weeks of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at contact@drinkfinote.com. After five weeks without notification from you, your order will be considered delivered.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

Prices & duties

All prices include VAT and customs duties. No additional charges will be applied at delivery.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances outside our control, including carrier handling after dispatch.
