The FINOTE range is manufactured in France. Bottling is carried out by our production partners located in the Pyrénées-Orientales and Charente departments. Two regions renowned for their expertise.

FINOTE drinks are made from food-grade ingredients (plants, fruits, and spices) used at customary levels in food.

Our products do not contain any of the allergens listed in Regulation (EC) No 1169/2011: cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, lupin, and molluscs.

However, during pregnancy, we recommend that you always consult your doctor or midwife before consuming any new product, in order to take your personal situation into account.

FINOTE contains no added refined sugar. The sugar content of our drinks comes mainly from the sugars naturally present in the fruits we use, such as grapes, mandarins, oranges, and pomegranates.

Orders placed before 11 AM are processed the same day (working days). Estimated delivery times:

• France: 1 to 2 working days
• Rest of EU: 4 to 6 working days

These are estimated delivery times; actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control (carrier delays, customs clearance, etc.).

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. A delivery notification will be sent to you when your package arrives at the delivery point.

If you have not received your order within five weeks of shipping confirmation, please contact us at contact@drinkfinote.com. After this five-week period, if we have not heard from you, the order will be considered delivered. During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including the handling of the package by the carrier after shipment.

As our products are consumer goods, we do not accept returns for simple changes of mind or personal preference. All sales are final once the order has been shipped.

Contact us within 7 days of receipt at contact@drinkfinote.com, attaching a clear photo of the damaged product and your order number. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit. We reserve the right to request the return of the damaged product before any refund or replacement.
