1871, Argelès-sur-Mer. Joséphine "Finote" Limouzy transforms the trials of time into flavor—from her vines, she crafts her wines and creates her own aperitifs. Widowed during the First World War, she became head of the family long before women had the right to vote. Her recipe book is the origin of it all. Four generations later, her free spirit lives on—reincarnated by us in a house founded by women, which deserves to be savored.
