Return & Refund Policy

As our products are consumable goods, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. All sales are final once the order has been dispatched.

Damaged or defective products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at contact@drinkfinote.com. Include a clear photo of the damaged product and your order number. We will assess the situation and, where applicable, offer a replacement or store credit. We reserve the right to request the return of damaged goods before issuing any remedy.

Incorrect orders

If you received an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at contact@drinkfinote.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Due to our rapid fulfillment process, orders are transmitted to our logistics center immediately upon payment confirmation and cannot be modified or cancelled once placed. We therefore encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you believe an error was made, contact us as soon as possible at contact@drinkfinote.com — while we cannot guarantee cancellation, we will do our best to assist depending on the status of your shipment.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be provided (e.g. product out of stock following a confirmed damaged delivery or incorrect order). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our confirmation.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances outside our control, including carrier handling after dispatch.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately.
