Article 3 — Order Process
Orders are placed through the following steps:
- The Customer selects products and adds them to their cart.
- The Customer enters their delivery details and selects a payment method.
- The Customer reviews the order summary, confirms the order and completes payment.
- An order confirmation email is sent to the Customer, summarising the products ordered, the total amount and the delivery address.
The sale is deemed concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation email. Native Drinks SAS reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute, non-payment or suspected fraud.
Article 4 — Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods are those offered during checkout on the website, secured by up-to-date encryption protocols.
Native Drinks SAS does not store any banking data. All payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider.
Article 5 — Delivery
We deliver to all European Union countries. For orders placed before 11 AM, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- France: 1–2 business days
- Rest of the European Union: 4–6 business days
These times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or periods of high demand. In any event, the order will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from its conclusion. Failing this, the Customer may exercise the rights provided for in Articles L.216-6 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
Orders are transmitted to our logistics centre shortly after payment confirmation and generally cannot be modified before dispatch. We encourage the Customer to review their order carefully before confirming it. If an error is noticed after confirmation, the Customer may contact us as soon as possible at contact@drinkfinote.com. We will do our best to help, depending on the status of the shipment. The right of withdrawal set out in Article 6 still applies after delivery.
If the order has not reached the Customer within the stated delivery times, the Customer is invited to contact us at contact@drinkfinote.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a new shipment or issue a full refund.
Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.
To do so, the Customer must send a clear statement to contact@drinkfinote.com before this period expires, stating their order number. The Customer may use the model withdrawal form.
Products must be returned unopened, with their seal intact, within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal decision. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods unsealed by the Customer after delivery which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. Opened bottles therefore cannot be returned.
Native Drinks SAS will refund all sums paid, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal decision, using the same payment method as for the original order. The refund may be withheld until the products have been received or until the Customer has provided proof of their return shipment.
