Lemon, cane sugar and soda: the Collins recipe, with No. 1 in place of gin. Light, thirst-quenching and perfect for summer.
Ingredients
- 5 cl FINOTE No. 1 L'Apéritif
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 1 cl cane sugar syrup
- 10 cl soda
Method
Build over ice in a highball glass. Top with soda and gently stir. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
