POM’NOTE
An original FINOTE creation, alcohol-free. Pom’Note is simply FINOTE No. 1 L'Apéritif topped with a 0.0% dry cider. Apple meets the herbaceous bitterness of No. 1 for a golden, light and sparkling apéritif.
Ingredients
- 5 cl FINOTE No. 1 L'Apéritif
- 10 cl 0.0% dry cider
- Long orange peel
Method
Build over ice in a highball glass. Top gently with the cider and stir once. Garnish with a long orange peel.
