Ingredients
- 3 cl FINOTE No. 1 L'Apéritif
- 1.5 cl lemon juice
- 0.75 cl cane sugar syrup
- 6 cl 0.0% sparkling wine
Method
Shake FINOTE, lemon juice and syrup with ice. Strain into a chilled flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon peel.
