Ginger beer and ginger syrup bring a spicy warmth, lemon adds freshness. The closest alcohol-free version of a Moscow Mule.
Ingredients
- 5 cl FINOTE No. 1 L'Apéritif
- 2 cl fresh lemon juice
- 1 cl ginger syrup
- 10 cl ginger beer
Method
Build over ice in a highball glass. Top with ginger beer and gently stir. Garnish with lemon and ginger.
