The FINOTE take on the Manhattan. A bar classic, reimagined with FINOTE No. 1 L'Apéritif for a lighter cocktail.
No. 1 brings its prune and wood notes to the whisky, in place of vermouth. A lighter Manhattan, served in a coupe.
Ingredients
- 5 cl whisky
- 3 cl FINOTE No. 1 L'Apéritif
- 1 dash aromatic bitters
Method
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
