OLD FINOTED

The FINOTE take on the Old Fashioned. A bar classic, reimagined with FINOTE No. 1 L'Apéritif for a lighter cocktail.

A measure of No. 1 replaces the sugar in the Old Fashioned and brings its dried-fruit notes. Drier and more aromatic than the original.

Ingredients

• 5 cl bourbon or rye
• 2 cl FINOTE No. 1 L'Apéritif
• 1 dash aromatic bitters

Method

Stir with ice and strain over one large cube in a rocks glass. Express an orange peel over the drink and garnish.
