The FINOTE take on the Boulevardier. A bar classic, reimagined with FINOTE No. 1 L'Apéritif for a lighter cocktail.

The Boulevardier, the Negroni's bourbon cousin, with FINOTE No. 1 in place of vermouth. Rounder and less strong than the original.

Ingredients

• 4 cl bourbon or rye
• 3 cl FINOTE No. 1 L'Apéritif
• 3 cl bitter aperitif

Method

Stir with ice and strain over one large cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with orange peel.
