Grapefruit and ginger give a lift to the bitterness of No. 1, and lemon balances it all. A bright, zesty sour to serve before dinner.
Ingredients
- 5 cl FINOTE No. 1 L'Apéritif
- 3 cl grapefruit juice
- 1 cl ginger juice
- 1.5 cl lemon juice
- 1 cl cane sugar syrup
Method
Shake hard with ice and strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
