The Americano, ancestor of the Negroni, with FINOTE No. 1 in place of vermouth. A bitter, low-alcohol long drink.
Ingredients
- 4 cl FINOTE No. 1 L'Apéritif
- 4 cl bitter aperitif
- 8 cl soda
Method
Build over ice in a highball glass. Top with soda and gently stir. Garnish with orange peel.
