FINOTE 75

The FINOTE take on the French 75. A bar classic, reimagined with FINOTE No. 1 L'Apéritif for a lighter cocktail.

No. 1 adds aromatic depth to the trio of gin, lemon and bubbles. A classic served in a flute.

Ingredients

• 3 cl gin
• 2 cl FINOTE No. 1 L'Apéritif
• 2 cl lemon juice
• 1 cl cane sugar syrup
• 6 cl Champagne or sparkling wine

Method

Shake gin, FINOTE, lemon and syrup with ice. Strain into a chilled flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon peel.
