FINOTE FIZZ
The FINOTE take on the Spritz. A bar classic, reimagined with FINOTE No. 1 L'Apéritif for a lighter cocktail.
No. 1 takes the place of the bitter apéritif in the classic Spritz, topped with Prosecco and soda. A less sweet, more herbaceous Spritz.
Ingredients
- 5 cl FINOTE No. 1 L'Apéritif
- 10 cl Prosecco
- 2 cl soda
Method
Build over ice in a large wine glass. Top with Prosecco and soda. Gently stir and garnish with orange peel.
