FINOTE HIGHBALL

The FINOTE take on the Gin Highball. A bar classic, reimagined with FINOTE No. 1 L'Apéritif for a lighter cocktail.

Gin and No. 1 share the botanical notes, lengthened with soda. A dry, aromatic highball.

Ingredients

• 5 cl gin
• 4 cl FINOTE No. 1 L'Apéritif
• 8 cl soda

Method

Build over ice in a highball glass. Top with soda and gently stir. Garnish with grapefruit or orange peel.
