The FINOTE take on the Paloma. A bar classic, reimagined with FINOTE No. 1 L'Apéritif for a lighter cocktail.
Tequila and pink grapefruit soda meet the bitterness of No. 1. A more complex Paloma, with a pinch of salt.
Ingredients
- 4 cl tequila
- 4 cl FINOTE No. 1 L'Apéritif
- 8 cl pink grapefruit soda
Method
Build over ice in a highball glass. Top with soda and gently stir. Garnish with grapefruit and a pinch of salt.
