A sparkling spritz where the fruitiness of pomegranate is balanced with thyme, which brings a drier and more tannic aromatic profile. On the finish, Sichuan pepper is first perceived on the tongue, then gradually develops a warmth that rises to the throat. FINOTE N°4 is the non-alcoholic spritz for those who like assertive profiles.
Our Spritz is not de-alcoholized. It is designed without alcohol from the start, through maceration and blending of natural ingredients, carbonated with fine bubbles. No fermentation, no industrial process. Just the complexity of plants.
